I would like this one...
A cheesecake is something I have learned to like. This one, from Upper Crust, went so far as to congratulate Tom on his oldness (sorry Tom - you know I am joking)! Truly, it was an art form... AND it came accompanied by roughly 11 or so spoons.

That sounds like a lot of fun. Say Happy Birthday to Tom for me. That cake looked amazing. I would be afraid to eat it, for three reasons: 1) it would be like destrying an edible Mona Lisa, (who probably wasn't made out of sugar and cheese (but we never know for sure)), 2) I don't really like Cheesecake, it's a bit rich for my taste. 3) Cheesecake isn't the cheapest type of cake there is, although I could just go get some cake from Costco, who also sells cheese, and make my own. How hard can it be? Also, it's too rich for me.
Oh, and by the way, warm up your sense of humor, I'm coming for a visit!!!
